The Gas Aluminum Scrap metal Melting Furnace has a compact structure for melting. The melting pool is formed by

once-forming casting material, which has a high strength and a long service life. The furnace employs famous burner

brand, which has functions of automatic ignition and temperature control. The furnace also has over-temperature alarm device.

Furnace Structure

Furnace shell: The furnace shell is fabricated from steel plates and sectional steel, and is necessarily reinforced.

It has enough strength to bear the gravity of the refractory lining and enough space to handle heat expansion.

Refractory Lining: The melting chamber is lined with quality casting material and heat preservation material.

The casting material for the molten aluminum contacting area is once-forming casting material 860AC and

84ACX (supplied by Allied Mineral Products, Inc.), which has the advantages of high strength, non-adhering

with molten aluminum, easiness to be cleaned, and long service life .

Burning System: The aluminum metal melting furnace is set with separation body type burning system.

It has the functions of automatic temperature control, automatic ignition, and flame detection.

Molten aluminum outlet: The raw material is discharged though a discharge chute. The aluminum

outlet is closed by a manual plug.

Temperature Control:

Automatic temperature control flame switch, over-temperature alarm, and flame-out protection.
